Privacy notice

This notice covers pipelinesignal.co and the request form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, work email, company, company website, job title and your message. We also note which page the form was sent from. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. That is the only use. We do not add you to a list, and we never sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

Who sees it

Only the people at Pipeline Signal who handle your request. The form is received and stored with ordinary business software, and nothing you send is shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request your browser makes for the font files.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jane.byrd@pipelinesignal.co, or send the request through the contact form. If we have written to you and you reply stop, we will not contact you again.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
